Golfshire is an 18-hole, championship-sized golf course, designed by PGA Design Consulting of the UK – a team that has a portfolio of over 350 golf related projects in 40 countries across the world.

Golfshire has a picture-book setting - with a visual panorama that spans undulating greens, a serene lake with sparkling blue waters, and the majestic backdrop of Nandi Hills. What PGAD brought in here was a design that integrated into the visual canvas – while building a signature look to give Golfshire an identity all its own.

The playing stretches at Golfshire provide a worthy challenge for golfers at all levels and will soon play host for some of the biggest tournaments in the country. PGAD is also bringing in environmentally sensitive engineering, which can be a major attraction for golfers.

Peripheral highlights at Golfshire

Marriott Nandi Hills Golf Resort Convention Center

At the highest point in the 375-acre property, the designers have planned a luxury hotel with the Marriot tag. From this vantage point residents get a panaromic view of the golf course. The 300-room hotel will also house 30 luxury suites, banquet halls, infinity pools, cafes, conference and convention centres.

Quan Luxury Spa

The Marriott Quan Luxury Spa, set at the centre point of the verdant tropical gardens at the property, offers a stunning view of the 18-hole golf course. The spa will be equipped to offer classic and contemporary spa treatments using rejuvenating sciences such as hydrotherapy, thalassotherapy and ayurveda.

The mansions at golfshire are based on destination themes such as Augusta, Aldrich, Beaumount, Burbank, Clairborne and Creston. The beau-luxe 4-bedroom mansions at Prestige Golfshire come in 6 inspiring design formats, with private swimming pools.

The tropical architecture for the mansions were handled by the award-winning MAPS Design, Singapore and Thomas Associates of Bangalore.

Falcon Greens at the Prestige Golfshire

Falcon Greens, the gold club house at Prestige Golfshire will be a unique blend of features, contemporary design and impeccable service. Facilities will include a wellness zone, swimming pool, squash court, tennis court, gym, a golf pro-shop and a coffee shop.
